Jason Kisic, senior pastor of Calvary Chapel of Eureka Springs, was called by the Lord to Eureka Springs in the beginning of 2002 while serving at Calvary in the Ozarks about 50 miles away. In the Spring of 2003 Jason and his family moved to the Eureka Springs area and eventually opened an Antique Clock Shop in the historic downtown of Eureka Springs. In August of 2005, the Lord formed a small Bible Study that consisted of people whose hearts were hungry for the Truth of God’s Word. They met every Wednesday night in the back room of the Antique Clock Shop. When the Clock Shop relocated, the Bible Study relocated with it, and with room to expand, the study grew. The Lord moved on Jason’s heart in the Spring of 2007 to leave his church home and pioneer a church in Eureka Springs. With the blessings of his family at Calvary in the Ozarks, the first Sunday Service was held in the current church building in April of 2007.
